Delete your NestMatch account

1. Delete your account in the app

1. Open the NestMatch app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

2. Delete your account on the web

1. Sign in at www.nestmatch.app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under Delete account, click Delete, then confirm by clicking Delete Account.

3. What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile and account information
• Your listings
• Your messages
• Your profile and listing photos, and chat attachments
• Your saved items
• Your group (co-renter) memberships

This action cannot be undone.

4. What we retain, and why

As described in our Privacy Policy:

• Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax and financial regulations.

5. Can’t access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app or your account and would like your account deleted, email privacy@nestmatch.app from the email address associated with your account, and we will process your deletion request.
